FROM 3,000 USDFrom design to coordination, we manage the agreed arrangements and local partners to bring your retreat together. On-site support is available by arrangement.
Each collaboration is individually scoped and quoted. Venue, supplier and experience costs are separate.

Before we begin.
Can I book venue selection only?
Yes. Venue Selection can be a standalone service when you have your own programme and team. It provides a shortlist and recommendation; additional booking or supplier coordination requires an agreed scope.
When does paid work begin?
After the scope, fee and terms are accepted, 50% of the agreed professional fee starts detailed work. The remaining fee and supplier payments follow the schedule in your proposal.
Do I need to have my participants confirmed?
You can begin planning before every place is sold. You should have a clear group concept, realistic budget and a recruitment plan. Your professional fee and supplier obligations follow the agreed terms rather than being conditional on ticket sales.
Is on-site support included?
On-site support can be arranged as part of Design & Coordination. Your proposal confirms the level of support and any additional cost.
Who receives payments and pays suppliers?
Participants pay the retreat leader. The retreat leader pays Tulum Selections its agreed professional fee and pays venues and other suppliers directly, following the agreed schedule. Tulum Selections coordinates the agreed arrangements without collecting participant payments.
